My name is Samantha Dennis.
I first moved to Salcombe to work for the National Trust and from there became deeply rooted in the community. I am the South Hams District Councillor for Salcombe and Thurlestone.
I organise local events such as Kingsbridge Celebrates Christmas, am a trustee of a local charity called Activities 115, and Chairman of the South Hams Chamber.
I have always wanted to give back to this fabulous area and to the community that welcomed me here. Since giving birth to my son five years ago, it has become even more important to me, that we protect this special place for future generations.
