Cllr Nick Bye is a serves on Torbay Council, representing the Wellswood ward and acting as the Cabinet Member (Lead Member) for Children’s Services.
He previously served as Torbay’s first directly elected Mayor from 2005 to 2011, having earlier been a Councillor and Civic Mayor.
