 I have lived in Paignton for over 20 years, I am happily married and have three grown up children

I have worked as a works manager for a local housing association for 15 years dealing with 170 tenants and their problems.

It is vital that we encourage investment in the area to create new jobs and I know that the bringing in of new businesses to Paignton town centre and improvements to crossways shopping centre are of concern to local people.

It is important that crime rates are kept to a minimum and I will work closely with neighbourhood  policing teams within the ward to help to achieve this.

I am keen to focus on working to find solutions to local problems and if elected I will work hard for all the residents of the ward irrespective of their normal political views
